    Hi,

I have started the TOTAL weight loss programme last week and therefore am only drinking water black tea and coffee. However, for years I have been used to drinking green tea and was wondering whether I could remain on it. The brand I am using is Clipper.
I understand I could not continue my Clipper Lemon Green Tea while on the Total solution, but if I take the Clipper green tea, would that work?

    Many thanks in advance,

All unsweetened leaf teas are fine as long as they don't have a fruit/citrus element.
    Green tea, peppermint, whatever :-D

Momb is right, Clipper green tea is just fine, as is any other tea from the leaf, seed or root. Its just fruit and flower based tea's that should be avoided

    Hi All

Tea which comes from the leaf, root or seed is fine (you would need to have this without milk if following Total Solution).

Teas which come from the flower or fruit should be avoided, along with any which contain honey.

Green tea and Liquorice and peppermint are fine.

    Best regards
